About Looma
Looma is a single-player marble-matching puzzle game published by Toasty Games. This policy describes the current Android build of Looma. It does not cover the Toasty Games website or other apps.
Information handled by the current build
The current build stores game progress and settings on the device so they are available when Looma is used again. This information is not sent to Looma or to a game server. The current build does not require an account and does not include online multiplayer, analytics, an advertising SDK, or in-app purchases. It does not collect or share personal information through the app.
Game progress and settings remain on the device and can generally be removed by clearing Looma's app data or uninstalling the app, subject to the device's operating-system behavior.
Children
Looma is intended for players of all ages, including children under 13. The current build does not ask players to provide personal information and does not transmit game progress or settings from the device. Parents or guardians can contact us with questions about this policy.
Future features
Optional rewarded advertising and in-app purchases are being considered for future versions; they are not available in version 0.7.0. If a future version adds them, this policy and the app's Google Play disclosures will be updated to describe the actual third-party services, information collected or shared, choices available to players and parents, and any purchase handling before those features are enabled. Any advertising shown to children will need to follow applicable child-directed advertising requirements and Google Play Families policies.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date and version scope above identify the latest update.
